Preheat barbecue to low heat.Cut fruit into segments and thread them onto brochettes. Set aside.In a saucepan, melt butter then add maple syrup and orange juice. Bring to a boil and continue boiling until the mixture forms a syrup.Put brochettes on the grill and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes. Brush frequently with syrup during cooking.Pour remaining syrup over brochettes just before serving.
