Finely chop chocolate (a very fine chop allows quicker melting) and place into a large heatproof bowl, set aside. In a large skillet, bring Vitamin Water to a boil; reduce to 1/2 cup, about 25 minutes. Stir in cream for 1 minute, remove from heat and pour into chocolate. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Spread evenly into a parchment lined 11”x7” baking dish. Garnish with desired toppings. Chill uncovered to set for at least 2 hrs.
