Place chocolate chips in a small plastic resealable bag or plastic piping bag and let sit in a mug of boiled water for 1-2 minutes until melted.Trim a small corner from plastic resealable bag or tip from piping bag; pipe enough chocolate along edge of pie crust to allow chocolate to drip down the side.Arrange profiteroles and macarons on top of meringue.Keep frozen or let thaw refrigerated for 2 hrs before serving. Garnish with lemon and mint before serving.

    thin sliced lemon

  • mint leaves to garnish

Preparation
