Preheat oven to broil.Spread almonds on a cookie sheet and toast about 8-10 minutes. Set aside.In a saucepan heat cream to just under a boil. Reduce heat to lowest setting, add chocolate and melt, stirring.Stir in 1/4 cup (60 mL) almonds, hazelnut liqueur, vanilla and marshmallows. Continue cooking until all melted.Pour fondue into fondue pot and sprinkle with remaining almonds.
