Place sour cream dip, feta cheese, and thai chili sauce in the bowl of a food processor. Blend until puréed, stopping to scrape down sides if needed.Pulse in spinach.Transfer to a bowl and keep chilled until ready to serve.Garnish with reserved crumbled feta and pepper and serve with Ritz crackers and vegetables.Serving: Makes 2-1/2 cups dip or 20 servings, 2 tbsp (30 ml) dip and 6 crackers (20 g) each

  • 1 cup
    (250 ml)
    French onion and Sour Cream dip
  • 7 ounces
    (200 g)
    feta cheese, (reserve 2 tbsp (30 ml) for topping)
  • 1/4 cup
    (60 ml)
    Spicy Thai chili sauce
  • 10.5 oz
    (300 g)
    frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • To taste
    cracked pepper

  • Ritz Original crackers to serve

Preparation
