In a large bowl, mix the ground turkey, spinach, egg, feta cheese, onion, garlic, basil, and wheat bran. Add pepper.With your fingers, shape four patties.Pre-heat the barbecue on medium.Place the turkey patties on the top rack, close the cover and grill for 15 minutes.Flip the patties and cook for another 10 minutes or until the turkey is no longer pink.Remove from the BBQ.Grill the buns on the BBQ for a few minutes until they are golden brown.While they cook, mix the yogurt, mayonnaise, and pesto.
