Cut off the top of the loaf and scoop out the centre to make a bowl.Place the bread bowl upside-down over the coals to toast the interior of the bowl.Put the rest of the ingredients in a pot.Cook over low heat while stirring.When the mixture has melted, pour it into the bread bowl and serve.
