In a medium pot, sauté the onion, garlic, and herbs in the olive oil on medium.Add the butternut squash cubes and sauté until softened but not completely cooked.Add the remaining turkey and broth of your choice.Lower the heat and simmer 20 minutes.Add the bell pepper and corn. Season with salt and pepper and enjoy.
