Preheat barbecue at medium-high.Brush one side of each tortilla with oil. Set aside.In a bowl, mix tuna, salsa, corn, onion, and coriander. Season to taste.Divide this preparation among 3 tortillas and sprinkle cheese.Place tortillas on the grill, oiled side down. Cook 2 to 3 minutes. Cover the tortillas on the barbecue with the remaining tortillas. Brush the tops lightly with oil and turn over. Cook 2 to 3 more minutes.Cut each quesadillas into 8 servings.

    large plain tortillas, 10 in. (25.4 cm) diameter

  • sufficient quantity, olive oil
  • 170 g
    light tuna in water, flaked
  • 3 Tbsp.

    mild salsa sauce
