Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).Cook noodles in boiling salted water. Drain. In a large bowl, combine noodles, spinach, tuna, green onions and 1 cup (250 mL) cheese. Spoon mixture into well greased deep 9 inch (23 cm) pie plate.In a microwavable medium bowl, beat eggs, liquid, salt and cayenne pepper just until combined.Microwave on HIGH, stirring often, until mixture thickens slightly. Pour over tuna and noodle mixture in pie plate. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until set.
