In a bowl, combine all the ingredients of the marinade. Marinate the rib eye steaks for 10 minutes.
Preheat the BBQ on high.
Pour the marinade into a small pot. Bring the marinade to a boil directly on the BBQ.
In a small bowl, dilute the cornstarch in the water. Pour this cornstarch mixture into the boiling sauce and mix until you get a smooth sauce. Set aside.
Grill the red bell pepper and julienne it. Set aside.
Cook the rib eye on the BBQ for 3 to 4 minutes on each side and set aside. Slice the rib eye into strips.
In a large bowl, combine the salad, bell pepper, orange wedges, and 2 tablespoons of the teriyaki sauce.
Place the salad on plates.
Add the rib eye strips on the salad.
Top with the sesame seeds, cashews, teriyaki sauce, and season with salt and pepper.
