In a bowl, whisk marinade ingredients together. Set aside 1/3 cup (80 mL).Pour marinade over pork strips in a dish.Refrigerate at least 2 hrs. (at most 12 hrs.) turning the strips over occasionally.Remove meat from marinade and drain.In a wok, heat oil and sauté pork strips.Add vegetables and reserved marinade and cook until heated through.Serve on a bed of brown rice, sprinkle with crushed peanuts and decorate with fresh coriander if you want.

  • Marinade

  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)
    strong tea
  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)
    peanut oil
  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)
    soya sauce
  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)
    brown sugar
  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)
    wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)
    chopped fresh coriander
  • 2
    garlic cloves, chopped
