Wrap tofu in paper towel and press excess water out by weighing down with a heavy pan for 10 minutes, removing as much liquid as possible.Combine crushed potato chips and nutritional yeast in a bowl and set aside.Combine remaining ingredients together in a medium size bowl to create a coating to dip the tofu in.Tear tofu into large bite-size chunks and place in bowl, stir to coat well.     Sunrise Extra Firm Tofu

  • Breading:
  • 2 cups
    plain Kettle cooked potato chips, crushed
  • 3 tablespoons
    nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1/2 cup

  • 1/2 cup

  • 1/2 cup

  • 1 teaspoon
