Preheat the BBQ to 400 F.Apply the seasoning to the steak along with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, freshly ground pepper, and salt.Apply the seasoning to the asparagus along with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, freshly ground pepper, and salt.Place the steaks over direct heat and cook for 2 minutes on each side for rare steaks. Remove from the heat and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.Place the asparagus over direct heat, then lower the heat to medium low. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side or until they soften. Remove and set aside.Use a mortar and pestle to turn the garlic, herbs, olive oil, and fleur de sel into a paste. Set aside.When everything is ready, place the lettuce leaves on the bottom of the plate and add the tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Top with the asparagus and slices of steak. Preparation

When everything is ready, place the lettuce leaves on the bottom of the plate and add the tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Top with the asparagus and slices of steak. Finally, add the burrata and the herb-infused oil.

Serve immediately.
