These delicious homemade popsicles have no added sugar but are still sweet enough to delight your taste buds! The squash gives them a nice creamy texture.
In a glass dish, cook the squash for 1 minute in the microwave. Mix and keep cooking for 1 to 2 minutes, until tender.
In a blender, combine the squash with the remaining ingredients until you get a smooth, creamy texture.
Divide the mixture into popsicle moulds. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
TIP
Run the base of the popsicles under hot water before removing from the mould.
