Spritz syrup:
In a pot, heat the water and sugar on medium.
Add the Irresistibles sweet cherries, ginger, and nutmeg. Bring to a boil.
Lower the heat to low and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Pour the syrup in a blender and blend until you get a smooth consistency.
Let cool and pour the syrup into an airtight container.
Irresistibles Spritz:
1 ¼ oz. spritz syrup (cherry and ginger) 4-5 oz. Réserve Les Bulles sparkling wine 1 rosemary sprig
Pour the spritz syrup into a wine glass.
Fill the glass with ice cubes. Add the sparkling wine.
