Melt the butter and stir-fry the garlic and onion for 2 to 3 minutes.Salt and pepper.Add the carrots, parsley and chicken broth.Bring to a boil, cover and cook over low heat until the carrots are tender, for about 20 minutes.Add the white beans and milk.Pour into a mixer and purée.Return the mixture to a saucepan and add the spinach.Continue cooking for 3 to 4 minutes.

Preparation
