Preparation

Spicy harissa mayonnaise

In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients for the mayonnaise. Set aside.

Red coleslaw

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the coleslaw. Set aside.

Crab patties

With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 400°F.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients for the crab patties.

Shape the mixture into 4 patties and place them on the baking sheet.

Use a brush to coat the top of the patties with oil.

Bake for 20 minutes.

Assembly

Spread the spicy mayonnaise on the bottom buns.

Place the patties on top and add coleslaw and the top bun.

Serve immediately.
