Meanwhile, stir the sour cream with the Parmesan, dill, parsley, green onion, lemon zest, salt, pepper and garlic.Return the spaghettini to the pot and set over medium-low heat. Toss the pasta with the sour cream mixture. Add 1/2 cup (125 mL) reserved pasta water or as needed to achieve a saucy consistency. Taste and adjust pepper as needed.
