Defrost Salmon according to instructions on package.
In a food processor, pulse salmon until it is coarsely ground. Alternatively, you can chop salmon into 0.5 to 1 cm pieces.
Add the salmon, breadcrumbs, onion and garlic, mayonnaise, mustard, eggs, dill, black pepper and Parmesan together in a large bowl. Stir to combine.
Shape with your hands into. 6 equally sized small patties.
Add oil to large skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties until golden brown on both sides; approximately 2-3 minutes each side.
To prepare the sauce: Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Serve the dill mayo with the warm salmon patties.
