Defrost Salmon according to instructions on package.In a food processor, pulse salmon until it is coarsely ground. Alternatively, you can chop salmon into 0.5 to 1 cm pieces.Add the salmon, breadcrumbs, onion and garlic, mayonnaise, mustard, eggs, dill, black pepper and Parmesan together in a large bowl.
