Pre-heat the BBQ,Mix all the spices together.Coat the steak in Irresistibles chili garlic dipping olive oil.Rub the spice mixture on the entire skirt steak.Cook on the BBQ.Mix the ingredients of the salsa.Cut the steak into long strips. 1 tsp. (5 mL) chili
1 tsp. (5 mL) oregano
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
