Preheat oven to 375°F.Arrange tortilla bowls on a large parchment lined baking sheet.In a large bowl, combine canned tomatoes, dry spice packet and sauce packet from Old El Paso kit, feta and paprika.Spoon 1/3 cup of mixture into each bowl, making a well in the centre. Crack one egg into each bowl.Bake for 20-25 minutes (loosely cover with foil if tortilla edges begin to get too dark halfway through) until egg yolks are lightly set.Garnish bowls with avocado, cilantro, drizzle of olive oil and salt and pepper to taste.Source: Metro

    Old El Paso tortillas bowl kit
  • 28 oz
    (796 ml)
    Mild thick n' chunky salsa
  • 3/4 cup
    (180 ml)
    feta crumbled
  • 1/2 teaspoon
    (2,5 ml)
    smoked paprika
  • 8
