Wash all the herbs then dry them and strip them off their stems.Put the diced carrots on a baking sheet, make sure they are all spread out evenly. Bake at 180 ºC (350 ºF) (or in a dehydrator) with the oven door slightly open for 6 hours (if the pieces are big, it can take up to 8 to 10 hours).After 2 hours in the oven, add the herbs on another sheet. Bake for 4 hours.When everything is dried out, put into a container and store in a dark area. Can be kept for a long time!

Preparation
