Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°F).Brush the chicken thighs and garlic cloves with olive oil. Season. Place the chicken thighs, garlic cloves, and onions on a large baking tray. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.Remove the tray from the oven and add the peppers and zucchinis. Season and return to the oven on broil for 5 to 6 minutes.Add the tomatoes and feta to the tray.Broil for another 5 to 6 minutes.Remove from the oven and serve.

  • Topping:

    small red onion quartered
  • 1 bag
    (907 g)
    mini sweet pepper halved
  • 2
    zucchini sliced
  • 6 to 8
    tomatoes halved
  • 1 1/2 cups

    feta cheese sliced

Preparation

Brush the chicken thighs and garlic cloves with olive oil. Season. Place the chicken thighs, garlic cloves, and onions on a large baking tray. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
