Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°F).
Brush the chicken thighs and garlic cloves with olive oil. Season. Place the chicken thighs, garlic cloves, and onions on a large baking tray. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
Remove the tray from the oven and add the peppers and zucchinis. Season and return to the oven on broil for 5 to 6 minutes.
Add the tomatoes and feta to the tray.
Broil for another 5 to 6 minutes.
Remove from the oven and serve.
