Combine all the ingredients for the sauce and set half aside. Baste the pork loin and store it in the fridge for 4 to 5 hours.Preheat the BBQ to 350 °F (180 °C). Place the pork loin on the rotisserie.Close the lid and cook for about 40 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63 °C).     boneless pork loin, well trimmed
  • 1 cup
    (250 ml)
    chili sauce
  • 3/4 cup
    (180 ml)
    Irresistibles maple syrup flavoured Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup
    (60 ml)
    soy sauce

Preparation
