    sliced garlic clove

  • marinade:


  • Juice of 1 orange

  • juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)
    grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)
    brown sugar
  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)
    cinnamon
  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)
    ground nutmeg
  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)
    honey
  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)
    Dijon mustard
