Combine milk, cornstarch and sugar in a small pot.Heat gently over medium heat, whisking constantly, until the mixture thickens.Remove from the heat.Whisk in the butter, Pure blueberries and lemon juice.Pour blueberry filling tart shells.Press a piece of plastic wrap directly on the surface of the filling to prevent a skin from forming.Chill until set, at least 1 hour.Before serving, remove the plastic wrap and top with your favorite sliced fruit.
