In a medium bowl, combine apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard and Pure blueberries.Slowly whisk in olive oil until well blended.Season with salt & pepper.Pour vinaigrette over salad and serve.This dressing can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator until ready to use.Note: This vinaigrette is great served over your favourite salad!
