Heat the oil in a saucepan. Add the onions and brown for 2 minutes.Add the pork chops. Cover and continue cooking for 3 minutes.Turn the chops and continue cooking for 3 minutes.Mix the beef bouillon, fruit juice, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings in a bowl.Pour over the chops and simmer on low heat for 4 to 5 minutes.Add the apples.Mix the cornstarch with the water and blend it into the mixture.Mix well and cook until thickened.Add the pineapple and simmer for 2 minutes.Serve with rice.
