Mix all marinade ingredients in a sealable container. Add chops to the marinade and cover. Refrigerate and marinate for at least 2 hours.Preheat barbecue to medium-high.Remove chops from marinade and cook for 4 minutes on each side so that they remain slightly pink in the centre. Add salt to taste while cooking.
