Soak vermicelli in warm water for 15 - 20 minutes and drain.
Heat wok and vegetable oil over high heat, add garlic, onion, ground pork and apples and stir fry 2 - 3 minutes.
Stir in oyster sauce, sugar, white vinegar and salt. Bring to a boil.
Add vermicelli and stir-fry for 1 - 2 minutes, lifting with chopsticks or tongs.
Garnish with green onions and serve.
