Cook the sausage on the grill and set aside.Pre-heat the oven to broil.Garnish the bun with the sun-dried tomato pesto and add the pepperoni.Put the sausage on the pepperoni, add the cheese, mushrooms, and green pepper.Put the hot dog on a baking sheet and cook for 2 minutes until the cheese is melted.Source: Max L'Affamé
