In a food processor or blender, add the ice cream, matcha powder, fresh pineapple, and milk. Mix until you get an even, smooth texture.Freeze for about 20 minutes.Slice the fresh pineapple and kiwis.Remove the mixture from the freezer and divide it into two bowls or receptacles of your choice.Add the fruit, shredded coconut, and chia seeds on top.
