For the Glass Garnish:Place chocolate sauce on a small plate and place crushed peppermint Candy in a separate small plate.Dip rim of glass into chocolate syrup to thinly coat all around the edge of the glass then gently dip the edges of the glass along the crushed candy to cover the rim with crushed candy bits.For the Cocktail:Add ice, peppermint vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso, and simple syrup to cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously until frothy. Pour into prepared cocktail glass swirling the shaker a bit to let out all of the foam. Serve immediately.

  • 1/2 cup
    crushed peppermint candies

  • For the cocktail:

  • ice for shaker
  • 1/4 cup
    1-2 oz peppermint vodka
  • 1 tablespoon
    1/2 oz coffee liqueur
  • 2 tablespoons
    1 oz freshly brewed Irresistibles Espresso Sontuoso cooled
  • 1 tablespoon
    1/2 oz simple syrup, more or less to taste
