Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (350 ° F).Cut the pears in half and remove the heart with a spoon.Put a small pinch of salt on each pear.Put a drizzle of canola oil in a skillet.On high heat, toast the pears on the cut side until golden brown.Remove.Place the pears in a baking dish with the sides cut up.Pour the water into the bottom of the dish and bake for 10 minutes.Remove the crust from the cheese and cut it into pieces.Remove the pears from the oven, fill each cavity with cheese and put pieces of pecans on the cheese.Put the oven on broil and cook the pears for 3 to 4 minutes, until the pecans are lightly browned and the cheese melted.Serve warm, topped with a drizzle of honey.

    water
  • 3,5 oz
    (100 g)
    brie cheese
  • 4 Tbsp.
    pecans in pieces

  • honey to taste

Preparation
