Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).Shuck oysters, placing them in a bowl. Refrigerate.Place bottom shells on a baking sheet. Heat shells in oven for about 5 minutes, remove from oven and immediately place an oyster in each shell; set aside.In a bowl, combine Worcestershire sauce and cream.Spoon sauce over oysters on the shell, dividing evenly. Salt and pepper to taste.Sprinkle on bacon, breadcrumbs and green onion.Top with a little butter. Bake at 200°C (400°F) until bacon is crisp and oysters heated through, about 4 to 5 minutes

    Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)
    whipping cream 35 %

  • To taste salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 1/4 lb
    (115 g)
    sliced bacon, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)
    dry breadcrumbs
  • 2
    green onion, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp.
