Bake your leftover tortillas into delicious chips! They’re excellent when served with avocado dip, hummus or salsa.
Place your oven rack in the middle of the oven, and preheat to 150 °C (300 °F).
In a bowl, blend oil, onion powder and spices.
Brush both sides of your tortillas with this mix.
Cut into wedges and place on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle wedges with a dash of fleur de sel, if desired.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until tortillas are dry and crispy.
Allow to cool completely on baking sheet.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
