In a large pot of water, boil lobsters for 2 min.Cut lobsters in two lengthways, remove the small pocket near the head and pat meat dry. Set aside.In a bowl, mix marinade ingredients together. Baste lobsters generously with marinade, cover and refrigerate 60 min.Preheat barbecue on medium heat.Wipe excess marinade off lobsters.Place lobsters, meat side down, on the grill.Cook 5-6 min.

  • Marinade

  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)
    sake
  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)
    olive oil
  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)
    melted butter
  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)
    fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)
    soya sauce
  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)
    grated fresh ginger
  • 1
    garlic clove, chopped

Preparation
