Heat beef in a large nonstick skillet over high heat. Cook stirring frequently until browned.Add water, garam masala and seasoning mix from taco kit. Cook further 1 minute.Add potatoes and peas, cooking another 2-3 minutes until heated through. Remove from heat.Make one cut halfway up each circle of tortilla. While holding one of the cut corners, wrap tortilla around itself to form an overlapping cone shape.Fill the cone with about 2 tbsp filling. Use a toothpick to semi close the opening to keep filling from falling out.Repeat steps to make 12 samosas. Arrange 4-6 samosas in an air fryer and spray or brush samosas lightly with oil.Cook at 320 F (160 C) for 6-7 minutes or until golden brown. Repeat steps for remaining samosas.Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine taco sauce packet from kit with maple syrup and cilantro.   • 1 box
