Cook the ground beef with the onion. Season with salt and pepper.
Prepare the Le Connaisseur poutine sauce by following the instructions on the package.
When the ground beef is cooked, add half the Le Connaisseur poutine sauce, ketchup, cheese curds and stir. Remove from the heat and let rest for 15 minutes.
As the meat cools, roll out your dough into a rectangle of about 8 x 14 inches (20 x 35.5 cm).
Spread the meat mixture on top and roll the dough up lengthwise.
Cut into 2-inches (5 cm) slices and place on the baking sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes at 350°F (175°C) .
Serve with fries and pour the remaining sauce on top of your fries and pinwheels.
