Preheat the BBQ to high.Place the bacon in a pan and cook on the BBQ.When the bacon is crispy, cut it into a few pieces and set aside.Grill the red bell pepper directly on the grill. When it is grilled, dice the bell pepper.Flour your workspace.Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough until you have a disc of about 9 to 10 inches in diameter.Coat the top of the pizza dough with oil.Grill the dough oil side down for about 2 minutes with the BBQ lid closed.Flip the dough and lower the BBQ to low.Spread the Hollandaise sauce on the dough.Add the shredded cheese.Place the eggs in the middle of the pizza.Top with the bacon and red bell pepper.Close the lid and cook for another 5 minutes.Transfer the pizza to a serving platter.Top with basil leaves and season with salt and pepper.Source: Max L'Affamé
