Preheat oven to 350F and line a 12-cavity muffin pan with baking cups.
Break 1 CADBURY DAIRY MILK chocolate bar into large pieces and place in a large microwave safe bowl. Heat for 1 minute, stirring halfway through, until melted. Stir in hot chocolate mix and set aside.
Chop remaining 2 chocolate bars into small pieces.
Mash bananas in a large mixing bowl. Add pancake mix, yogurt and oil. Stir until just combined then stir in half of chopped chocolate. Scoop 1 cup (250ml) of batter and stir into melted chocolate mixture.
Spoon alternating 1-1/2 tbsp dollops of both banana batter and chocolate batter into muffin cups until all cups are equally filled. Swirl with a toothpick to create a marble effect and sprinkle tops with remaining chopped chocolate.
Bake for 20 minutes of until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out cleanly. Let muffins cool 5 minutes and remove to a cooling rack to cool completely. Store leftover muffin covered at room temperature.
