In a bowl, mix together the turkey, cilantro, garlic and green onion. Divide the mixture into four equal portions. With lightly oiled hands, shape each portion into a burger and stuff with two wedges of Brie cheese. Let chill in the refrigerator.
Preheat the barbecue on high. Oil the grill. Cook the burgers on the grill for 3 to 4 minutes per side, occasionally brushing with sauce to add crispness, until fully cooked.
Grill the rolls if desired.
