Line a baking sheet with waxed or parchment paper. Pit the dates and lay them down flat on the paper, open and connected to one another. Set aside.In a small saucepan, bring the maple syrup to a boil. Add the butter and the pecans, stirring well. Remove from the heat and pour equally across the surface of the dates.Crush Skor chocolate bars into pieces approximately the same size as the pecans. Sprinkle them on the dates and pecans in an equal fashion.Melt dark chocolate chips in a bain-marie or microwave oven. Pour melted chocolate onto the base, trying to cover it completely.Sprinkle fleur de sel to taste and refrigerate for about 1 hour, uncovered.
