  • 1.3 lb
    (600 g)
    fresh cheese curds
  • 2 pkgs
    Le Connaisseur poutine sauce
  • .7 lb
    (300 g)
    leftover turkey or chicken
  • 4 tablespoons
    (60 ml)
    cranberry sauce

    red wine
  • To taste
    green onions

Preparation
