Preheat the oven to 400°F.Prepare the sauce by following the instructions on the packaging. Keep warm.Spread half of the Tostitos chips out on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.Add half the bacon, cheese curds, and sharp cheddar. Season with salt and pepper.Add the remaining chips and sharp cheddar cheese.Place in the oven and cook for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is golden.Add the remaining bacon and cheese curds. Top with hot poutine sauce. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with the scallions. Enjoy!
