In a bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garam masala, lemon juice, zest, and hot sauce. Shape into 4 patties and set aside in the fridge.
Preheat BBQ to high heat. Brush, clean and oil the grills. Brush patties with vegetable oil and season with salt and pepper on both sides. Grill the patties for about 4 to 6 minutes per side, or until meat reaches 74 °C (165 °F). Set aside on a plate, cover with aluminum foil and rest for about 5 minutes.
In the meantime, in a bowl, combine yogurt and coriander. Season with pepper and mix well. Set aside.
Toast the burger buns on the grill for about 1-2 minutes.
Spread coriander yogurt on toasted face of buns. Top with burger and garnish to taste. Serve immediately.
