In a small bowl, whisk together mustard, honey, and oil. Set aside.Place the salmon in a large baking pan and pat with paper towel. Season flesh with salt/pepper.Pour the honey mustard sauce all over the salmon, making sure to spread it evenly.Bake in 350-degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through. Enjoy!Pro-tip:You can prepare salmon with sauce in advance and place in fridge for up to 24 hours. Take salmon out about half hour before to come to room temperature. Bake accordingly.
