Preheat the oven to 400°F.
In a bowl, mix honey and half the soy sauce and coat salmon well with this mixture.
Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
In a saucepan, bring to the boil a good amount of water and cook rice vermicelli for 3-4 minutes and drain.
Meanwhile, cut pepper, onion, carrot and zucchini in julienne.
In a frying pan, sauté the vegetables with olive oil.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes over high heat stirring regularly.
Add ginger, sesame seeds and the other half of the soy sauce and finish with rice vermicelli and water.
Mix well and continue cooking 1 to 2 minutes.
Serve salmon on vermicelli mixture and sprinkle with cilantro.
