Preheat the oven to 400°F.In a bowl, mix honey and half the soy sauce and coat salmon well with this mixture.Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.In a saucepan, bring to the boil a good amount of water and cook rice vermicelli for 3-4 minutes and drain.Meanwhile, cut pepper, onion, carrot and zucchini in julienne.In a frying pan, sauté the vegetables with olive oil.Cook for 2 to 3 minutes over high heat stirring regularly.Add ginger, sesame seeds and the other half of the soy sauce and finish with rice vermicelli and water.Mix well and continue cooking 1 to 2 minutes.Serve salmon on vermicelli mixture and sprinkle with cilantro.Source: Missfresh.com
