In a pot filled with salted boiling water, cook potatoes for 5 to 6 minutes. Drain.In a frying pan, melt butter over high heat.Brown potatoes on each side.Add garlic, fresh herbs and lemon zest.Season generously.Cook for 5 to 10 minutes over medium heat.Add chives, then serve.
